Rooftop bar with stunning views, Free shuttle service enhancing convenience, Spa and wellness area

Room sizes feel cramped for larger luggage or multiple guests!!! Noise disturbances from nearby streets were quite disruptive during sleep!!! Limited air conditioning made warmer days uncomfortable due to open windows!!!

I had a fantastic stay here, especially enjoying the spacious room with a lovely big shower and the relaxing rooftop bar with amazing views. The spa facilities, including the sauna and sun loungers, were fantastic for unwinding after a long day. Just a heads up, the breakfast selection could have more variety, but it was still quite enjoyable! 😊

The spa was a fantastic way to unwind after skiing. loved the steam room! The only downside was the uphill walk from the train station. 😅

The hotel offered a fantastic location near the ski lifts and famous restaurants, making it a great choice for anyone looking to explore St Moritz. Although the room was comfortable, it lacked air conditioning, so opening the window was necessary, and some areas felt a bit smoky.

The complimentary shuttle service made our arrival seamless, and the striking fresh mini croissants at breakfast were delightful. The proximity to shops and galleries added to the charm of our stay.

The breakfast offered a delightful variety of healthy options and showcased the freshness of ingredients. I appreciated the free city transportation cards that were also valid for the cable cars, which made my exploration effortless. The complimentary self-service mini bar...  

Spacious junior suite with impeccable cleanliness and attentive room service was a highlight. The breakfast buffet offered ample choices, including smoked salmon and Parma ham, which greatly enhanced our mornings. The cordial staff was always ready to assist, and the complimentary transport for funiculars and cable cars made exploring the area seamless. However, the checkout time felt a bit early, and a few amenities needed improved maintenance.

Great location in the city center and super clean! The breakfast was a delightful feast with lots of choices. Handy mini bar for some late-night refreshment too!

But honestly, my room was so small I could barely do a pirouette. And the heating? I felt like I should've invited the local ice skaters in!

Plus, the complimentary shuttle from the train station made our arrival easy-peasy. The location is spot-on, just a short stroll to charming eateries like Cafe Hanselmann and Grissini.

That being said, the checkout time of 11 AM is a bit early, especially when you're feeling under the weather. And navigating the ski room in the basement can be a hassle—traveling in ski boots and lugging gear without an elevator? C'mon!

We spent two amazing nights at the Crystal Hotel. The breakfast options impressed me with fresh pastries, the ambiance radiated warmth, and the friendly staff treated us like family. Only downside? The occasional street noise made it slightly challenging to get a solid night’s sleep.

I loved being just a few steps from the charming Cafe Hanselmann and only a short walk to the stunning Segantini Museum, making my weekend exploration in this beautiful city a breeze, especially with the warm and attentive staff that enhanced my stay with great service.
